Employability Skills Survey

Inspire2Exceed is passionate about raising the employability skills and aspirations of students. Our foundation is based on helping students to be more successful at work by preparing them with the skills and motivation to contribute positively to society and the economy.

We have all seen numerous articles in the news with employers highlighting concerns that school leavers and graduates do not have the right skills for work. In support of our purpose, Inspire2Exceed is committed to identifying these missing skills and qualities so we can better inform and develop students and teachers through specifically designed careers programmes focused on the needs of all employers.

To help fulfill this intent Inspire2Exceed carried out exploratory workshops from which we have produced an online questionnaire to help gain the broadest possible perspective. Hence we openly invite all those involved in specifying, recruiting and employing school leavers and graduates to share their experiences with us. As a thank you, all participants will be eligible to receive a free copy of the survey findings which will be published in April 2012.
